Interwin Terms and Conditions – Online Entertainment Platform

This Terms and Conditions document governs the relationship between Interwin ("Platform," "We," "Company") with each individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available on the Interwin platform ("Member," "You," "User").

By accessing the Interwin platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this document and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and conditions Responsible Gaming.

If you disagree with any of the applicable terms, we ask that you refrain from using interwin's services. Disagreement with specific terms does not entitle you to selectively choose which rules to follow.

To register and use interwin services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years — interwin does not serve individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Age verification (KYC) is strictly enforced before an account may conduct any financial transactions.
• One account per individual — Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on interwin. Owning more than one account is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information — The information you register must be accurate, complete, and consistent with your official identity documents. Your name, date of birth, phone number, and email address must all be valid.
• Not currently under any self-exclusion ban — You must not appear on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any playing ban imposed by the interwin platform or any relevant regulatory authority.
• Full legal capacity — You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in accordance with applicable law.

Interwin reserves the right to request additional document verification at any time to ensure compliance with the above requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified deadline may result in a temporary restriction on the account.

The Interwin account you register is personal and may not be transferred, sold, lent, or used by any other party for any reason. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out using your account credentials.

To keep your account secure, interwin strongly recommends the following steps:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings page for an extra layer of protection.
• Never share your password or OTP code with anyone — including those claiming to be Interwin staff.
• Contact the support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Interwin will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If anyone claiming to be from Interwin requests such sensitive information, please report it immediately.

All financial transactions on the interwin platform — both deposits and withdrawals — must be made using a payment method registered under your own account name. Using another person's bank account or payment account is not permitted.

Interwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above a certain amount, especially when there are signs of unusual activity or for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. This verification process is not intended to create obstacles, but to ensure the security of your funds.

All bonuses and promotions offered by interwin are subject to the specific terms and conditions listed on the Promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotional programs:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically.
• Turnover (rollover) requirements apply to all bonuses and must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Using multiple accounts or unfair methods to exploit the bonus program is considered a violation and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Interwin reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional program at any time without further notice.

All games available on the interwin platform use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system that is regularly audited by independent bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

When a technical disruption occurs during a game session — such as a lost internet connection or system downtime — interwin will endeavor to restore the session to its last recorded state. However, in certain situations where recovery is not possible, any bets already placed may be returned to the account balance in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

System decisions in every game are final. interwin does not provide compensation for losses resulting from a player's own strategic decisions in legitimate gameplay.

To maintain platform integrity and the comfort of all members, Interwin strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Registering or using more than one account on the interwin platform.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of Sports Betting or casino games.
• Intentionally exploiting technical loopholes or system bugs for personal gain.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the interwin platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information to the interwin team during identity verification or support communications.
• Initiating a chargeback or unreasonable transaction cancellation after winning a game using those funds.

Interwin reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if evidence of a violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or a request from a competent authority is found.

Members whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email. If the suspension resulted from a misunderstanding or unintentional incident, the member may appeal through the support team by submitting a clarification and relevant evidence.

In cases of account closure due to a proven violation, any remaining balance may be withheld in proportion to the severity of the violation. Funds derived from activities that breach these terms cannot be reclaimed.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requires all pending transactions to be completed before the account can be fully closed.

Interwin is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues on the member's end that cause a gaming session to disconnect.
• Damage to a member's hardware or software that affects their gaming experience.
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made independently by the member.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from a member's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

Interwin is fully responsible for the security of the platform's systems, the accuracy of transaction records, and the availability of support services. Should any disruption originating from Interwin's side be proven to have caused real losses to a member, Interwin will process appropriate compensation based on verifiable evidence.

Interwin is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. Our platform provides a range of tools members can use to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum bet amount per session to maintain control over your spending.
• Cooldown Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude your account for an extended period, ranging from 6 months to permanent.

Interwin reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, regulatory requirements, or new business policies. Continued use of the interwin platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. The last updated date is always displayed at the top of this page for easy reference.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with international law applicable to interwin's operational jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between interwin and a member that cannot be resolved through direct communication, resolution will be pursued through a mutually agreed arbitration mechanism.

Interwin encourages dispute resolution through mutual discussion first. The Interwin support team and management can be contacted to facilitate discussion before any formal steps are taken. We believe most issues can be resolved through good communication and clear good faith from both parties.
